Vintage Sea Captain Fisherman Bust/Bookend - a pair of divas
This fabulous duo was truly the inspiration behind my home office renovation, so to say I love them is an understatement. These vintage ‘Old Salt’ Sea Captain busts are hand painted and made of molded ceramic; there are initials on the bottom from the artist. Their classic golden fisherman coats and bucket hats are juxtaposed by two flawless faces, cheeky liquid eyeliner and a rosy pout. Unique? Definitely. Adorable? For sure. I know this is niche, but if you’re current style is leaning rustic coastal fisherman core with a 1970’s summer camp flare like mine is, these are super funky. Use them as bookends, busts, whatever- they’re very versatile.
Condition: Excellent Used Condition - This item is vintage but has no/very minimal visible signs of wear. There is one very small chip on the backside of one of the busts, but it is at the very bottom edge and is not visible unless bust is turned backwards.
Dimensions: 6” tall, 4.5” wide, 3.5” deep
