1970's Nesting Woven Storage Baskets (Bauhaus Style)
These nesting magazine holder baskets most likely originated in France in the 1970’s. They are woven in an oval formed shape with handles on the side. This set has a fantastic look; they can be used a magazine holder, decorative object or bottle holder. Straight forward and minimalistic design of the Bauhaus design era, these baskets are a wonderful addition to every modern home. The design is reminiscent of designs by Mategot, Hagenauer, Auböck etc.
